Setup and academics

| "A record with this value already exists" | A code or number is already used — for units, subjects, admission numbers and more | Use a different code or number. The message doesn't say which field; check codes first |

Students, parents and admissions

Daily operations

| "You don't have permission for that." | Your role lacks the action (common for teachers on exam stages) | Ask an administrator to do it. Permission problems |

| "Choose one of your classes for this announcement" | Your reach doesn't cover the whole institution | Pick a class you teach |

Access

General
| Message | Meaning | Fix |

| "Something went wrong" | Unexpected error | Try again. If it repeats, note the time and what you clicked and tell support |
| A page keeps loading | Connection or server problem | Refresh; check your connection |
| Bell shows nothing after an announcement was sent | The notification service may be unavailable | Tell SOL — delivery failures are not shown on screen |
